Meet Stephen Ehritt

Stephan started his career working for the Royal Dutch Tennis Federation. During his time there, he was involved in a variety of roles including Regional Coach for the 12 & Under program; 16 & Under program; coaching ITF players; working with transitioning players into WTA & ATP tours; working with the Davis Cup and Fed Cup players, coaches and teams; and overseeing multiple venues and coaches within a region.

From 2009 – 2016, Stephan was a touring coach on the ATP Tour & WTA Tour with players inside the top 100 in the world. When finishing on tour, Stephan began working for the Hong Kong Tennis Association as a Performance Coach before becoming the Head Coach and Program Manager whilst also holding the joint Technical Director and Director of Coach Education positions. 
 
In 2022, Stephan moved into the role of Tennis Director at the Ladies Recreation Club in Hong Kong which he finished earlier this month and has now arrived in Sydney!
