Whether you’re hitting the court with mates, jumping into a group class, or giving Cardio Tennis a crack, you’ll be rewarded with points every time you visit Tennis World. All Tennis World members and coaching students are enrolled into the loyalty program free of charge.

Common questions
Loyalty Points are earned in two main ways:
1: Check ins
Every time a member or student scans their card at the front desk, they will be rewarded with 10 points for a ‘club visit’
2: Pro Shop purchases
Every dollar spent at the Pro Shop earns 1 loyalty point.
Members/students must scan their card before purchasing an item in order for the sale to be correctly allocated to them
Members and students will also automatically receive 180 points on their birthdays
Loyalty points are active for the longevity of your membership or lessons.
Loyalty points can be spent to either receive a discount or pay in full for any products from our Pro Shop and cafe. Keep an eye out for seasonal promotions where you can save extra on specific products around the club.
Points can be redeemed in center at reception.
Only accounts with the same account holder can be transferred or merged. Please send your request including all name & membership number so our team can assist you.
Loyalty points will remain on the account should you ever want to reactivate your membership.
Points will be automatically uploaded to your account.

Unfortunately, rewards may not be returned or exchanged for cash or a gift voucher.
