Cardio Tennis | Bringing together a variety of cardio workouts and upbeat tennis drills, Cardio Tennis is an exhilarating, time-efficient method to workout. You don’t even have to be good at tennis to get involved. |
Adult Match Play | Hit the courts this summer for a smash hit! Adult Match Play forms a competitive environment through the UTR system, where players will compete to improve their rankings. The Universal Tennis Rating system allows Program Managers to organise competitive and fulfilling matches between players of a similar standard. All players are welcome to join a vibrant Adult Social Play session and experience the joy of friendly matches! |
Adult Clinics | Perfect for players looking to enhance their on-court skills, our 90-minute coaching sessions take place in small groups of like-minded individuals. We offer two distinct clinics, one tailored for beginners and the other for advanced players, each with a specific focus designed to maximise performance and deepen your understanding of the game. |
Boot Camp | Our Boot Camp Program involves mixed modality circuit-based training. Aimed to be delivered in a fun and engaging manner, this training will involve a mixture of strength-endurance-based exercises, partnered/group activities and high-intensity interval training |
Run Club | Within our AO Summer Run Club you will complete; a structured warm up, basic running technique drills, bouts of running and a cooldown with stretching. Our bouts of running will be progressed and varied in the distances, speeds and rest periods used, however these are able to be modified to meet your current level of fitness. |
Cardio Max | The high-intensity session focused on tennis drills and a high volume of hitting, for people who love pushing their limits. |
Cardio Lite (ladies only) | This low-impact session gets people active and learning tennis in a relaxed environment, for people who would love to get into tennis but may not know where to start. |
