Quick Guide to Hot Shots Tennis
Hot Shots Tennis is a fun way for children ages of 3-10+ years old to play and learn tennis. Each stage provides the right equipment and court size for kids to play tennis at their ability and interest. Games and activities are designed with our Play to Learn philosophy which recognises the importance of play, appropriate challenge and learning new skills.
- Age 5-8+
- Discovering and developing tennis specific skills including an introduction to specific tennis strokes, basic strategies and the rally
- Age 8-10+
- Exploring and developing more complex tennis specific skills in conjunction with additional and more complex game related strategies
- Age 10+
- Refining more complex tennis specific skills and game related strategies
- Completing the transition to full-court tennis

Common questions
You will need: – Racquet – Water bottle – Hat – Sunscreen Tennis World camps are full of activity, so it’s recommended you pack a small snack and a lunch. For half-day camps, you will only need to pack a snack.
The cost of Tennis World Holiday Programs varies depending on the duration and location of your program. Some venues offer Holiday Programs as half day, full day or four-day sessions. Please refer to the specific program details at the top of this page for more pricing information.
Bookings for Tennis World Holiday Camps can be done through our online portal. In order to make a booking, you will need to create a Tennis World Account here Once you have set up your account, simply navigate to the BOOK tab, select the dates and confirm your booking. Note: you must check out after booking, otherwise your bookings are automatically removed.
Tennis World Holiday Programs provide a great opportunity for your child to have fun regardless of their tennis ability. Holiday Camps also provide a perfect place to start your tennis journey as you learn tennis skills, play games and compete in a team.
Parents are required to sign their child in and out for each day of the Tennis Camp. Sign-in opens 15 minutes prior to the start time and sign-out closes 15 minutes after the end time. Additional fees may apply to any late sign outs We encourage parents to drop off and pick up their children at the designated start and end times to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the program. However, if you anticipate being late for pick-up, please inform the Tennis World staff at the venue in advance to make suitable arrangements.

If you cancel your booking 6 or more hours prior to the start of the Tennis Camp, you will receive a Visit Pass onto your child’s profile to use at a future Tennis Camp. Cancellations within 6 hours of the start of Tennis Camp are not entitled to a Visit Pass . No refunds are provided for cancellations of Tennis Camp enrolments.
All Tennis World Members get 10% off Holiday Camp bookings. Some venues offer 4-day packages which reduces the amount you spend per booking. Check the information table at the top of this page to see if this applies to your local venue.
